The chuck eye is also referred to as “The Poor Man’s Ribeye”. This is a wonderful cut to cook on the grill and enjoy the juicy, beefy flavor, much like your ribeye. Best to not cook past medium doneness. Each steak is approximately 1 1/4” thick.
